Where to start

  1. Get the dates straight (5 minutes). Read Start here in the course analysis and skim the calendar so everyone knows what is due and when.
  2. No idea yet? Pick candidates in 75 minutes. Run the idea sprint, drawing candidates from the best bets. They re-rank the atlas's Sep 23 picks with fresh evidence, so use them in place of the atlas's older list.
  3. Start interviewing. The interview sprint has the pace calculator and outreach messages, and the script covers what to ask. Each best-bet card also has a first question and a screener.
