  1. Get the dates straight (5 minutes). Read Start here in the course analysis and skim the calendar so everyone knows what is due and when.
  2. No idea yet? Pick candidates in 75 minutes. Run the idea sprint, drawing candidates from the atlas's best bets.
  3. Start interviewing. The interview sprint has the pace calculator and outreach messages, and the script covers what to ask.
  4. Already have an idea and interviews underway? Skip ahead to the Module 1 game plan.
